Help me, Lord, to be a good and dedicated firefighter. Give me the Strength to face the boredom as well as the fear. Give me the Wisdom to make quick decisions and compassionate choices. Give me the Courage to bear the responsibilities and duties of doing my job well.

When I answer a call,I never know what my fate may beSo, as I run out the door,I ask God to watch over meNo matter what I may faceand the danger that awaitsI Just say a little prayer’cause in His hands lie my fateBy doing this, I feel a little bit saferIf you need a reason, this is what I pray for :
